Q.What is an Assignee?
A.Individual to whom a title, claim, property, interest, or right has been transferred.For example, a payee may assign his or her rights to receive the payments under a promissory note to a third person. Assignees are either assignees in fact or assignees in law. An assignee in fact is one to whom an assignment has been made in fact by the party having the right. An assignee in law is one in whom the law vest's the right, as an executor or administrator.

Q.What is included in the sale offer?
A.All assets of the company. This is an "Asset Sale" only.
Q.Can we make an offer on the companies separately?
A.All operation assets our contained in Buy Owner Inc. and Buy Owner International. All other companies share and utilize these assets to operate.
Q.Do I need to pre-qualify to submit a bid?

A.Yes, Two requirements must be met.

A.We capture unique IP addresses per month, but there is no comparison to "all time" visits.

A.

Q.How many of the existing staff are interested in remaining with the company?
A. As I understand it, all of them.
Q.The cause(s) of the dropoff in new clients over the last five months.
A.Simple answer, less advertising. No advertising in December due to historicaly less sales. When the company operated, they were spending millions on advertising annually. Our top month we spent $30,000.
Q.What type of advertising is being done currently?
A.Nothing in December. Limited rolling market TV ads since our takeover.
Q.Apparently commission sales are the main source of revenue...are the salespeople interested in staying on?
A.From what I understand, yes they are.
Q.Must bids be all cash? If not, what other forms of consideration are acceptable (e.g. debt forgiveness)?
A.You are purchasing assets only so debt forgiveness would not matter. We would consider terms on the right deal with a substantial amount of money down. All subject to Assignee approval.
Q.When is the foreclosure sale scheduled for the Chicago building?
A.Currently on hold through our counsel's relationship with B of A.
Q.Is MLS Realty an asset that's part of the sale?
A.The service mark for MLS is an asset of the estate. Please see the list of Service/ Trade Marks.
Q.If we bid, we will need to wire transfer the $100,000 qualifier and other funds. What's the routing and procedure for that?
A.You will be supplied with banking info when it is the appropriate time.
Q.Can we deposit our funds with the clerk of the court? If not, does Michael Moeckler and Associates carry a bond that covers such funds? When will the funds be returned if we are not the successful bidder?
A.The funds would go in an escrow account acceptable to the assignee.
